Led by CIFOR-ICRAF, the FAO, and funded by the European Union, the “Knowledge for Great Green Wall Action (K4GGWA)” programme is inviting submissions from civil society and dedicated stakeholders across 18 eligible countries:

Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Mauritania, Sudan, Chad , Djibouti, Sénégal, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Cameroon, Ghana, Bénin, Cape Verde, Gambia, Somalia, South Sudan.

Whether you are a community-level organization or a national NGO focusing on sustainable agriculture, land restoration policy and practices change, regulations and laws…. this is your opportunity to make a significant impact. Selected initiatives will receive financial support of up to $30,000, along with valuable technical assistance.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent by June 15, 2025.
